I received a check from a car insurance company and the check was more than the actually cost of the damage, do I give the rest of the money back? The check was 2120 dollars and the actual cost was $1700, is the rest of the money mine or do I have to give it back to the company?

I’m in the market for new car insurance. Currently I am on my parent’s policy at GEICO, which i’m paying a pretty penny. From the quotes I have been getting online, I will be paying for MUCH CHEAPER insurance if I switch. So the picks that I have are:
Progressive
Nationwide
Allstate
State Farm
The quotes I have been given for each company are about all the same. I’m just stuck in choosing which one to go too? Any suggestions?

I am a 19 year old girl who lives in New Jersey and has been into 3 accidents since I got my license. Now my insurance company won’t renew and I definitely can’t afford something that is more than 5,000 dollars a year. I need my car to get to work and school but I need insurance to have it on the street. What can I do???

my car insurnace company is called “Access General” and they give horrible service. They don’t except credit cards yet. Do you believe that? They send bills late and always give overall bad service. Eventhough they are a third party insurance company I only stay with them because their rates are cheap and affordable. How is your insurance companies service?

I was in an accident that was not my fault. The other guy’s insurance is saying my car is totaled and I disagree. What are my LEGAL options? Who do I sue, the insurance company or the guy who hit me?
